Olivia Weinstein, MS, RDN, LDN, is the Nutrition Innovation and Implementation Director at Boston Medical Center (BMC) in Boston, MA. In this role, Olivia leads a dynamic teaching kitchen program revolutionizing how healthcare providers approach nutrition interventions and facilitates the culinary medicine continuing clinician education and medical trainee course "Eat to Treat" at Boston University. In addition to her work at BMC, Olivia co-founded Rewire Health Inc. This cutting-edge culinary medicine platform simplifies healthy home cooking and expands access to teaching kitchens beyond the hospital setting. Olivia is helping pioneer culinary medicine by working as a culinary medicine consultant for Penn State Health and Columbia University and co-chairing the Membership Strategy Committee of the Teaching Kitchen Collaborative and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine's Culinary Medicine Interest Group.
